When you submit a quote request, this website saves the contact, vehicle and equipment information you provide so TGT Industries / Tire Guy Ty can review your needs and contact you about that request.

What is collected

Your name, contact method, location, business area, vehicle or equipment details, tire or track size, application, requested quantity, preferred brand, trailer load-range request, installation preference and timing, along with any business name or notes you choose to provide. The request also receives a reference number and submission time. Messages you and Ty send in the conversation, including their sender and time, are saved with the request.

How it is used

Information is stored in the website’s quote system and is available through a restricted owner inbox. Each new conversation has a private access link. Anyone with that link can read and reply to that conversation, so keep it private. This browser may remember the access key locally to help you return. Ty uses the restricted owner inbox to reply. New requests and customer replies trigger an owner email alert through FormSubmit. Only the request reference, event type and owner sign-in link are included; customer contact details, message contents and private access keys are not sent to the email service. Customers do not receive email or text alerts. Submitting a request does not place an order or enrol you in a marketing mailing list. No payment information is collected.

Corrections or removal

To correct or request removal of a submission, email tireguytyind@gmail.com and include the request reference number. Provide the same contact details so your request can be verified.
